*Other Positions:  Occasionally, there are positions located on the Rolla campus that report to a Columbia division or department. Current positions with this reporting structure are :

You can apply for these positions by going to the Columbia campus on-line application system. You cannot currently apply for these positions through the Rolla campus application system.

TECHNICAL NOTE:  On Sundays (between midnight - 6:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time U.S.), maintenance is done on the online applications system. During this time, you will not be able to enter the system or submit an application. Also, if you receive a "NO RESULTS FOUND" message at the top of the hour, the system may be refreshing.Try again in a minute or two.

NOTE:  As of 9/1/2007, the final candidate for each University position, academic and staff, is required to pass a background check prior to beginning the employment relationship. 

NOTE: For internal applicants (i.e. applicants who are currently employed by Missouri University of Science and Technology), Human Resources will advise the hiring department of disciplinary action that has been issued against any current S&T employee.  This includes any documented discipline at the written reprimand or higher level of progressive discipline issued within the last two years.  The hiring department can determine if the department wishes to consider the applicant further based on the disciplinary action information received and, if desired, may also conduct reference checks with the applicant’s present supervisor.
